David Oh, P.C. merges with Zarwin Baum DeVito Kaplan Schaer Toddy, P.C. Former City Council Candidate, David Oh, has merged his small law firm into the 45 attorney law firm of Zarwin Baum DeVito Kaplan Schaer Toddy, P.C. The firm was founded in 1962 and has experienced significant growth in the last ten years. David Oh will chair the firm's International Practice Group and co-chair it's Employment Practice Group. He will continue to practice in the areas of international, civil litigation, employment, immigration, government relations, general liability defense, workers compensation, personal injury, civil rights, and white collar compliance/criminal defense. David Oh can still be reached at his former telephone number and email address. His new number is 215.569-2800, ext. 207. Also joining the firm are attorney, Benedict Heinz, immigration specialist, Jian Liu and legal assistant, Eunice Lee.
