About Us

Our Firm was established in 1990 as a solo practice. After only three months, the office was closed when David was called to active duty during the first Gulf War. David was a Lieutenant with the U.S. Army 20th Special Forces Group (a reserve Green Beret unit). The war ended quickly and David, who was stationed at Ft. Bragg, N.C., was released from Active Duty. He returned to Philadelphia and re-opended his law office in 1991. David's dream is to build a law firm that he can be proud of: a firm dedicated to providing the finest representation possible, a firm made up of outstanding professionals who love the law and put their client's interests first, a firm that contributes positively to the City of Philadelphia and the people who live here, a firm that develops leaders who serve our community. Today, we are building that firm. We are achieving our goals, one satisfied client at a time. It is not an easy process. The standard is high and the path is difficult. Many have tried and many have failed, but for those who meet our standard, the experience is rewarding and future is bright.
